It’s late and having already changed Inyo PJs, I’ve fallen asleep already on the sofa watching TV. That is until my annoying brother texts me asking for a favour. I grab his car keys and head outside without putting anything onto my feet. My suspicions are raised when I see his car left on the driveway with the bonnet open, but he’s lazy at the best of times so I don’t think too much of it, close the hood and get inside the car to move it and clear the space infront of the garage. His Audi A3 is often stubborn but I didn’t expect it to be so hard to start. For once he’s left fuel in the car, it’s not cold and it was driven this morning so there’s no good reason that it shouldn’t start but yet I find myself in a night time battle with this vehicle. I wonder if its because the battery terminals aren’t on tight enough to give the car the full power it needs to start but after adjusting them the battery still sounds slow as the engine cranks over, the lights inside and out begin to dim more and more, and all I want to do is to get the car moved so I can go back to bed but it’s not looking good…
