As if my night shift manager didn't already hate me enough, after turning up to the hospital way too late because of the VW Golf acting out, she soon found a way to get me fired. Luckily I landed a new nursing job at a clinic and decided, on a limited budget, to buy a different car. Leaving for work in my Peugeot, it's difficult to start and keeps stalling, it's power steering is a struggle to turn but after a lot of stalling and some gear grinding I'm on my way. Patient notes! Did I forget them? I pull over to check but this turns out to be a huge mistake. In fact while trying to get the cars started after flooding it, getting it to hold idle is difficult, I even thought I had broken the car at one point when the engine starts screaming.
